AUTOMATIC 4 HEAD FILLING MACHINE (OPM-AVF)

Brief On Machine:

ORANGE PACKAGING MACHINERY offers you most versatile, elegantly designed for Filling. Bottles moving on SS Slat conveyor going up to the filling nozzles through a settable two mechanically operated stopper system. The two pneumatically/mechanically operated stopper system and reciprocating nozzles can precisely match for centering of bottle below nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on bottle. To minimize foaming adjustable nozzle will reciprocate according to filling dose. Filling is based on diving system wherein nozzles go inside the bottle and once the bottle is filled as per the desired volume, it comes out of the bottle. The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes where operator can easily adjust the different volume.

AUTOMATIC SINGLE HEAD SCREW CAP SEALING (OPM-RBS-40)

Brief On Machine:

ORANGE PACKAGING MACHINERY offers you Automatic Screw Caps Sealing Machine. The filled product moving on conveyor belt are feed into an in-feed star wheel. The product is held by star plate firmly during capping to produce absolutely leak proof results. The capping heads, which are torque adjustable and compensated capping chucks, pick up the cap from cap delivery chute and descend onto the neck of the product to complete the capping. Torque adjustable heads ensure that the cap centering and location is precise during capping to prevent leakage. After the neat fixation, the products get released from the star plate and moves for further process.

Application:

For any screw Round, Square or Oval shape bottles with coman neck size.

Suitable for PET, HDPE, GLASS AND P.P BOTTLES WITH COMMAN NECK SIZE.

THERMAL INKJET PRINTER

Operation:
